Lookalike of Shoaib Akhtar Shocks Fans at Oman D10 League

The latest game in the Oman D10 League has taken social media by storm. The young cricketer Imran Muhammad has shocked fans with a shocking similarity to Shoaib Akhtar. “His striking resemblance to the former Pakistani fast bowler,” which has gone viral, had social media abuzz over his bowling skills as his long hair blows as he bowls.

Imran Muhammad: The Emerging Star

Imran Muhammad is 30 years of age, from Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. He left his village at 18, eyes open to all the opportunities abroad brought before him. Now, he resides in Muscat, Oman, working as an installer of CCTV cameras. However, Imran is not a man of mere installed cameras and wires; his love for cricket still pushes him hard. He plays in different franchise leagues, doing well on the field.

During a match between Yallah Shabab Giants and IAS Invincibles, while bowling, his action was compared with that of the Rawalpindi Express. The fans were commenting that his hair was long like the well-known hero Shoaib Akhtar. The video recording within no time had come to be a social media hit.

A video released by a user on X piqued everybody’s interest. The caption read, “He’s more Shoaib Akhtar than Shoaib Akhtar himself…” Fans could just be lost in awe and disbelief. A flood of comments was left in the comment section with many saying the youngster looks very much like the cricket icon.
