Six Sarah Ferguson companies face dissolution as Epstein correspondence resurfaces

Six companies connected to Sarah Ferguson, widely known as the former Duchess of York, are currently in the process of being wound down. Official filings submitted to Companies House show that these businesses have applied to be struck off the register.

The development has drawn attention because Sarah Ferguson has long been a public figure, and the administrative move comes at a time when past financial challenges are once again being discussed in light of recently released correspondence linked to Jeffrey Epstein.

Six Companies Apply to Be Struck Off the Register

According to documents filed with Companies House, six companies associated with Sarah Ferguson are set to be dissolved if no legal objections are raised within the notice period. When a company is struck off the register, it legally stops existing.

The businesses named in the filings are S Phoenix Events, Fergie’s Farm, La Luna Investments, Solamoon Ltd, Philanthrapreneur Ltd, and Planet Partners Productions Ltd. Five of the six companies include a formal “application to strike the company off the register.” This indicates they have requested removal from official records due to inactivity or other administrative reasons.

The sixth company, S Phoenix Events, also records that an application has been received and lists Sarah Ferguson as the individual authenticating the request on behalf of the business.

Publicly available records suggest that most of these companies were established more than a decade ago. Many are classified as dormant, meaning they have not carried out significant trading activity in recent years. There is limited public detail about their operations, although one appears related to public relations and another to retail.

Sarah Ferguson is listed as the sole remaining director of all six companies. Late last year, official filings show she updated her details for these businesses, changing her registered name from Sarah Duchess of York to Sarah Margaret Ferguson.

Financial Difficulties Resurface in Recent Disclosures

The timing of the company closures has attracted attention due to renewed discussion surrounding Sarah Ferguson’s financial struggles. Recently disclosed correspondence connected to Jeffrey Epstein has brought fresh focus to her past money concerns.

Documents indicate that Ferguson had once reached out to Epstein while dealing with reported debts totaling around £6 million. In email exchanges, she reportedly sought financial advice and expressed feelings of exhaustion during a difficult period. At the time referenced in the documents, Epstein was serving a jail sentence in Florida.

It is important to clarify that being named in these files does not suggest wrongdoing. However, the publication of the correspondence has highlighted the extent of financial pressure she was facing at that time.

For many years, there have been reports about her financial challenges. The newly released material provides additional insight into how serious those difficulties were and shows that she was actively seeking advice and emotional reassurance while trying to manage her debts.

A spokesperson for Sarah Ferguson has been approached for comment regarding the company strike-offs and the renewed attention surrounding the disclosures.

Other Active Businesses Remain on Record

Despite the dissolution of six companies, Sarah Ferguson remains listed as an active director of three other businesses registered with Companies House.

These include Ginger and Moss, described as a lifestyle brand offering products such as tea, jewelry, and homeware. She is also connected to Coat, which is categorized under motion picture production activities. Another company, Librasol, is registered under artistic creation.

The six companies currently being wound down appear to have had minimal commercial activity for several years. Under UK company regulations, businesses that are no longer operating can formally apply for dissolution. Once the process is complete and if no objections are filed, the companies are removed from the official register.

The filings confirm that the applications for strike-off have already been submitted. Unless a legal cause is presented within the specified notice period, S Phoenix Events, Fergie’s Farm, La Luna Investments, Solamoon Ltd, Philanthrapreneur Ltd, and Planet Partners Productions Ltd will cease to exist as registered entities.

These developments form part of the official record and reflect the current administrative status of the businesses linked to Sarah Ferguson.
