All payments made for banner ads, guest posts, and press releases are considered final and non-refundable, except under the specific conditions mentioned in this policy.

By making payment, advertisers acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
2. Display Banner Advertisements

If a banner has not yet been published or scheduled, advertisers may request a refund within 3 business days of payment.

Once a banner is live on the website, no refunds will be issued, irrespective of the campaign’s performance.

If there is a technical error on our part (e.g., banner not displayed as agreed), we will either:

Provide a pro-rated refund for the unused period, or
-
Extend the campaign duration at no extra cost.

3. Guest Posts

Guest post fees are non-refundable once the article is published.

If the article is not published due to editorial rejection or non-compliance with guidelines, advertisers may:

Revise and resubmit the article within 7 business days, or

Request a refund (less any processing fees).

4. Press Releases

Press release publication fees are non-refundable once the release is live.

If the press release has not yet been published, advertisers may request a refund within 3 business days of payment.

If publication is delayed due to internal error, we will prioritize immediate posting or, if not possible, provide a full refund.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used.

Transaction and processing fees charged by payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe) are non-refundable.
